Analysis of the entire bed structure:
1. Bed frame
A. The bed frame support structure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The surface is acid-sprayed after being acid-washed and phosphorized twice. The bed is coated with anti-static powder, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and fade resistance. The thickness of the steel plate is ≥1.2㎜.
B. The bed frame is thickened with 40 * 80 × 1.2mm rectangular steel pipe, and the bed can bear a load of ≥250kg.
2. Bed surface:
A. The bed panel is formed by one-time stamping of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet. It has a porous design, which is easy to breathe, and has a concave-convex and slip-resistant function. The thickness of the steel plate is ≥1.5㎜, which is durable and can bear a weight of 250KG.
B. The bed surface is welded with a strip bed surface, which has good air permeability, solid and durable, beautiful appearance and more comfort.
3. Headboard and footboard:
ABS material, one-shot injection molding, high head and low foot design, high strength, equipped with lock
The device can be quickly disassembled and can also be used for emergency use of the CPR board to meet the clinical emergency needs.
4. Guardrail: Aluminum alloy guardrail and ABS guardrail.
5. Bed legs: Welded from 50 * 50mm rectangular steel pipes with a wall thickness of 1.2mm
6. Casters: 4 casters, centrally controlled casters and plastic-clad silent brake wheels.
7. Operation control: foot switch, hand press controller, joystick is stainless steel joystick.

10. orthopedic traction bed:
